The Agile Lego Game is a remarkably fun and learning exercise that encourages agile teams to experience what agile at scale is like.

The game is simple: in 10 minutes, teams must build the most creative, integrated and incremental Lego city out of $800 worth of legos using Lean, Scrum and eXtreme Programming processes and techniques.

Surprising, the same challenge emerge as building enterprise software. Why is no one managing the dependencies? How can we deliver it incrementally? What does quality look like? How can we synchronise 100’s of developers and testers towards a common goal?

No. I talked Aaron’s http://aaron.sanders.name/ + I read http://agileee.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Scrum-Simulation-with-LEGO-Bricks-v2.0.pdf then I formatted it would work with http://scaledagileframework.com/. I also saw this
